We spend the time getting to know you, getting to know who and what is important to you, your likes, dislikes and preferences to paint a picture of your life and provide the best service for you.
We develop your individual support plan entirely around your needs and what you would like to achieve from the service. This support plan is continually reviewed to ensure it still reflects your requirements, with a full review every 6 months.
We allocate one dedicated home helper to you to ensure you see the same person as far as possible, in order to build a good relationship with you.

Our friendly home helpers have the expertise needed to deliver the highest quality of service, including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and local area knowledge to help you get around. They are also fully trained in other areas which can assist with signposting for additional support if required.
All of our team is Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) screened for added peace of mind.
